Main

All entrees are served with garlicky mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans with mushroom cream sauce & 481 stuffing.

slice white and dark meat served with turkey gravy and cranberry-orange chutney

quinoa, pecan, roasted carrot & corn stuffed bell pepper with goat cheese crema,
a hatch chili & cranberry sauce

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

apple cider brined Cheshire pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with a calvados cream sauce
